Welcome to Baba Bhole Nath. By accessing or using our website bababholenath.com (the "Site") or making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Baba Bhole Nath
Baba Bhole Nath is an online retailer of spiritual and devotional products (rudraksha, malas, gemstones, idols, pooja essentials and related items) based in India and run by "Piyush Singh". We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any temple, religious institution, trust or organisation unless expressly stated on a product page.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
3. Products
Nature of products: Our products are natural and handcrafted items: rudraksha beads, wooden and crystal malas, natural gemstones, brass, resin and wooden idols, and pooja essentials. Natural variation in size, colour, texture and grain is inherent to these materials and is not a defect.
Spiritual claims: Any benefits described on the Site reflect traditional Vedic beliefs and practices. They are offered for devotional and cultural context only. Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or professional advice. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
Certification: Where a product page states that a certificate (X-ray report, lab certificate) ships with the item, that statement applies only to that product and only as described. Certification details, treatment and country of origin are listed on each product page.
Product descriptions: We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately. Slight variations may exist between the photos shown and the product delivered due to screen settings, lighting and the natural character of the materials. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs) and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST is calculated and added at checkout, so the amount payable is the product price plus tax and any shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify shipping or Cash on Delivery details
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@bababholenath.com. After 2 hours, the order enters quality check and packing and cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping and delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery timelines and shipping charges. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather or other factors outside our control.
6. Refunds and returns
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, size preference or general dissatisfaction
- We will replace or refund only in cases of: wrong product received, defect or damage on arrival, damage in transit, or a certified item not matching its certificate
- All claims require an unboxing video and must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
7. User accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bababholenath.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Site's security
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or refusing COD deliveries in bad faith
- Resell or redistribute our products without written permission
