Thank you for shopping with Baba Bhole Nath. Here is everything you need to know about how your sacred items reach you.
Order processing time
Every item is checked by hand before it is packed. Once you place an order:
- Order confirmation: instant (you will receive an email)
- Quality check: 1 to 2 business days
- Packaging: 1 business day
- Dispatch: typically within 2 to 3 business days of order placement
You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your order ships.
Delivery times (within India)
After dispatch, here is roughly how long delivery takes:

Total order-to-delivery time: typically 5 to 12 business days.
These are estimates from our courier partners. Occasionally, delays happen due to weather, festivals or logistics issues outside our control. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the value of your order. Current rates across India:

| Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 | Rs 700 |
| Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 | Rs 2,000 |
| Above Rs 25,000 | Rs 3,800 |
The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Any additional handling charge for Cash on Delivery orders is shown there too.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes for orders up to the limit shown at checkout. COD orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch; unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet available. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking link
- A WhatsApp message with the same tracking link
- Updates at key milestones (out for delivery, delivered)
If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days of ordering, please email us at support@bababholenath.com.
Address and delivery issues
Wrong address provided: We dispatch to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check it before placing your order. If we ship to the wrong address because of an error in your input, we cannot offer a replacement free of charge.
Failed delivery / RTO (Return to Origin): If a courier attempts delivery and the package is refused, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us. In this case we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged in transit: Please record an unboxing video. If the package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours as described in our Refund Policy.
Holidays and peak periods
During major festivals (Mahashivratri, Navratri, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan) order volumes spike and dispatch may take an extra 1 to 2 days. We will always update our homepage banner if processing times change.
